1. Eligibility:

This Promotion is open to public, private, and non-profit entities that contribute to the delivery of essential public health services located in the United States, Canada, or Latin America. Agreement to Rules:

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Rules, and you agree to accept all decisions of Laserfiche as final.

2. Promotion Period:

Promotion applications will be accepted beginning at noon PDT on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 and the application period will conclude at noon PDT on Friday, October 30, 2020.

3. How to Apply:

You may apply for the Promotion by submitting a completed application form which is found here. The application must fulfill all Promotion requirements, as specified above to be eligible to participate. Only one application will be considered per eligible healthcare provider.

4. Laserfiche Cloud Services and Scanner:

Selected healthcare institutions will receive up to 6 months free* Laserfiche Cloud Services and a scanner¹ at the sole discretion of Laserfiche based on availability on the condition that selected participants enter into a Laserfiche Cloud Subscription Agreement prior to activating their Laserfiche Cloud account. After initial up to 6-month free period*, if you do not cancel, the account will renew for one year and payment will be expected. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. No cash or other product or services substitution will be permitted except at Laserfiche’s discretion.

5. Participant Selection and Notification:

Until October 30, 2020, participants will be selected on a rolling basis after a review of their completed application and qualifications for the Promotion at the sole discretion and supervision of Laserfiche. If a participant cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the Promotion within twenty-four hours of being notified as being selected by Laserfiche, such participant will forfeit their eligibility to participate. Violation of any of these Rules will, at Laserfiche’s discretion, result in disqualification.

6. Terms & Conditions:

By entering this Promotion, you give your consent and agree that Laserfiche, or anyone acting on its behalf, will have the right to use in any media, your organization’s name, logo or service mark, and/or statements about the Promotion and/or Laserfiche products or services, for promotional and marketing purposes, without any compensation, notice, review, or consent. You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laserfiche from and against any suit, claim, loss, or expense, including attorney’s fees, which Laserfiche may incur, or be required to pay due to your actual or alleged infringement of any third party’s right. Laserfiche may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

7. Limitation of Liability:

By entering the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Laserfiche and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of Laserfiche Cloud services; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to, malfunction of any computer hardware, software, or equipment; or (iii) any actions, including promotional activities, arising from or related to the selection process or publicizing of selected participants.

8. Disputes:

These Rules, the Promotion, and all related documents, and all matters arising out of or relating to the Promotion, are governed by, and to be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions thereof. All disputes relating to these Rules, the Promotion, and all related documents, will be settled by arbitration conducted pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles County, California. Judgment on the arbitral award is final and binding and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Privacy Policy:

Information submitted with an application is subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as posted on the Laserfiche website at the time of the Promotion.

10. Sponsor:

The sponsor of the Promotion is Laserfiche located at 3545 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach, California 90807.

¹ Participants will receive the following scanner depending on their region:

United States and Canada: Fujitsu fi-800R or Canon (for participants who signed up in the U.S. before July 1, 2020)

Latin America: Fujitsu fi-800r or Fujitsu fi-7160, allocated based on availability and industry.

*6-month free promotional period applies to participants who signed up before July 1, 2020. For participants who sign up on or after July 1, 2020, a 3-month free promotional period applies.
