When the COVID-19 pandemic forced city employees to work remotely, the city took just two weeks to automate the accounts payable process. This process touches every department. Overall, since 2012, Grapevine has 237 automated business processes with Laserfiche.
The county used Laserfiche Forms and Workflow to create an automated solution for allocating $219.4 million in CARES Act funding. The county has been able to provide funding to over 6,000 small businesses, 22 chambers of commerce and all 62 local municipalities to help them deal with the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic.
When Parx Casino ceased operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it realized that some of its paper-heavy processes needed to be digitized. The casino completely automated its contract routing and approval process, which was a catalyst for process automation throughout other departments.
Peoples Bank was able to use Laserfiche to quickly launch several Forms-based processes to fully digitize the majority of back-office work, enabling employees to work from home when COVID-19 struck. Skills College uses Laserfiche to help businesses administer government-compliant training and workplace upskilling. Before Laserfiche, the Telesales teams would be able to call and capture less than 20 clients a day. Automated solutions have increased this number to over 50.
